Why we’re here

Care should not stop at a financial gap.

Senior Care Connect Foundation is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to help seniors and vulnerable adults move toward safe, supportive care when the costs of a transition stand in the way.

Our mission includes practical support for care transitions, resources for caregivers, and connections to community partners. We believe people deserve to be treated with dignity as they find the help they need.
